It's interesting what one remembers about childhood. One of my earliest memories is being given my pedal car. I think that I was about four years old when I was presented with an amazing metal racing car (similar to this), which rapidly became my pride and joy. The car was one of two types made after the war, the other being the more common version which was based on an Austin A40 which nowadays is often seen on fun-fair roundabouts. Several people we’ve talked to about the ATK have said that we’re far too shy about what makes it so special?
