How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

    Delivery is free within the UK.

    The cost of delivery to other parts of Europe will be shown on checkout before the final placement of your order.

    You can pay via your credit card (our default payment system) or your PayPal account (press the PayPal button when you reach the checkout), whichever you prefer.

    How long does it take?

    If you place your order before midday (Monday - Friday), orders will normally be delivered:

    • on the next working day (Start, Classic, Sport, Scooter) if you live on the UK mainland.  
    • on the second working day (Pro) if you live on the UK mainland.
    • spares are sometimes shipped by Royal Mail 1st class post.
    Highlands, islands and European deliveries will take a little longer.  All our deliveries are tracked.
    Given the current circumstances there may be occasional delays, so please bear with us.  The delivery companies are doing their utmost to maintain an efficient and prompt service.

    Should your ATK arrive damaged or missing a part then please contact us immediately on 01278 768800 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) and we will arrange to deliver the parts required as quickly as possible. If necessary we will supply a replacement kart and at the same time will collect the damaged kart, all at no additional cost to you.

    If you change your mind you can return your ATK within 14 days (at your cost - typically £15) by contacting us on 01278 768800 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).  It needs to be in pristine condition and unused. You should contact us first so that we can give you return delivery instructions. It should be returned unassembled in the original box and packed securely to avoid damage in transit.  Once it has arrived back to us in good condition we will credit your account.
